Nancy Creek Capital’s $40 million mezzanine and equity fund is a strategic partner to commercial banks in meeting bank customers’ needs for growth, recapitalization and acquisition capital and for real estate project financing.

Branch-Shelton manages the Nancy Creek Capital mezzanine and equity investment fund, which it formed in 2005. The fund makes investments of $1 million to $5 million in small to medium-sized private companies and real estate projects, primarily in the Southeast, and will syndicate transactions of up to $20 million.
