The Branch-Shelton Company provides investment banking services and manages the Nancy Creek Capital mezzanine and equity fund.

Branch-Shelton was formed in 1998 to provide personalized investment banking services to a select clientele in the areas of private equity and debt placement, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory services. We work across business sectors, including real estate. Each client is important to us and receives the benefit of our decades of experience and relationships as we work to achieve their goals.

In 2005, Branch-Shelton formed the $50 million Nancy Creek Capital mezzanine and equity fund to address unmet capital needs among small to medium-sized private companies in the Southeast, primarily by working through commercial banks.
